I have found that lightly pressing a hot face washer (or flannel)
into the contours of the closed eyes and holding it there
can bring quick relief from many headaches.
Run hot water and soak the washer, then lightly ring out,
Fold it into a long 3 inch strip and lay it across the eyes.
Not hot enough to burn the skin but almost as hot as you can take.
The headache usually goes within 2 minutes.
If applying one to another person,
touch it to their hand first, so they know what to expect.

You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from

My daughter has had migraines since she was 6. I’ve had them since I was a child, too. I hope hers go away with menses. Mine got worse
