David won't live long after a heart attack

David was crushed under an object at his new factory job and went into cardiac arrest. It doesn’t look like he will make it.
He was an email friend that I stopped communicating with because of some problems between us. He was upset. I feel very guilty because he told me since I stopped writing he prayed for God to take his life. He also stopped going to his church (small Protestant denomination) because he thought I was upset at the pastor. He was asking for me during the night.
I’ve written a note to him making peace.
Please pray he pulls through this or passes in peace into the next life.
 
If he was asking for you, you should make an effort to be at his bedside and give him comfort. Peace.

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal David. You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into David’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen
 
I am sorry to hear of this tragedy. Prayers said that David make it through this ordeal. I am happy you had the opportunity to write a note to make peace. I would imagine that will mean a lot to him.

I have never met him and for many reasons I can’t go, but I wrote him a note and apparently he showed signs of life and therefore they are not taking him off the respirator. I will write another one.

Thank you. I just want him to have peace. Continuing to write him was causing huge problems so I feel guilty I had to stop. He told me he stopped going to church bc he thought the pastor upset me and he prayed to God to take his life. But I know those aren’t my fault. Now I simply want peace for him no matter the result.
 
O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fount of mercy for us, I trust in You!
