I had no problem with the bobblehead Pope…it was NOT an attempt to denegrate the Pope or Catholicism. God knows Pope Benedict has a sense of humor, look at those fur lined red and white robes he sometimes wears…looks like the Grinch who stole Christmas or something.

You’d think someone would have caught the red zuchetto and made it white 😛

I guess the bobblehead makers don’t know the difference between a cardinal and a pope.

I thought the ad was clever and I found great humor in it. I also thought it was a wonderful way to let people know the Pope will be visiting and the best way to get to where he will be is by Metro. The Mass Pass was also very clever. I didn’t feel it was making fun of the Pope or the Catholic church. 😉

Grandmom searching for an open seat on a bus from DC to Boston after the Pope’s Mass on the 16TH. I am flexable with both dates and times.
. God Bless and Thanks

Even if the Archdiocese did not ask the ad be pulled, they would have had a case to do so.

Bad Latin…

Now I want one!

(at least it is better than Pope Soap on a Rope)
