We have deacons in our seminary as a students for priesthood. Are they allowed to be members of seminary choir and singing during the Mass while they are in stole?

That depends on the rules of that particular seminary.

There is no universal rule prohibiting this—not anything even close to it.

Is your seminary in Africa, by chance? I am not asking you to identify the country…just if it is in fact the continent of Africa.
