Dear fellow Caf members , please pray for Nancy, Carlo’s wife . She has heart problems . She in the last week has been having heart palpitations . She is scared and now her husband just died . thanks all for praying . , John
 
Nancy needs your prayers for her heart and back problems and rhematoid arthritis . Please pray for her health and let her be convinced to go to specialists and start focusing on her health . She has been neglecting her health problems due to her husband being in the hospital . Please pray she will go to Cardiologists and Rheumatologists for her health problems . She has been having heart palpitations more than one week and she has not seen a doctor . thanks, John
 
Praying for Nancy…

:signofcross: St. Alphonsus, preacher, confessor, founder, bishop,
doctor of prayer and friend of the poor,
you are also the special patron of all who suffer from arthritis
and the pains of many years.
When our fingers twist with pain,
keep us focused on the hands of Christ pierced with ugly nails.
When our knees knob with endless aches,
allow us to see the knees of Jesus
smashing to the street under the heavy cross.
When our backs stiffen with soreness,
let us remember the back of Christ thrown across the cold,
rough wood of the cross.
When our joints, hips, arms, legs and knuckles hurt so much
that tears well up in our eyes,
help us to recall the tears,
the sweat and the blood that flowed from our crucified Jesus
Who suffered so much more for each of us.
St. Alphonsus,
afflicted with curvature of the spine
and nailed to a wheelchair cross in your final years,
teach us to unite all our pains
with the dreadful sufferings of Jesus on the cross.
We ask you to ease our pains
but more so to enable us to be one with Jesus
in his great act of dying and rising.

Amen.
 
Dear Lord, Nancy has been through such a difficult time. As she fought for her husband, she neglected herself. Father we ask you to welcome her husband, Carlo into Your Heavenly Kingdom, where he will rest eternally in your loving embrace. Bring comfort O Lord, to his wife, Nancy, who is grief-stricken in his absence here on earth. Grant her the strength of your loving arms, to hold her as she falls, weak with exhaustion, into poor health. Guide her Lord, to seek medical attention, and to carry on when all seems bleak. In your tender love and mercy, cloak her with your love, that she may feel you near to her, and find peace in knowing you. May she look always to you for guidance Lord, for strength and courage to carry on fighting the good fight here on earth, so that she may one day join her husband with you in your eternal glory.

Very saddened to read that Carlo has passed away…may his soul and all souls of God’s Tender Mercy ever rest in His Peace and may He bring comfort to Nancy and restore her to health. May The Lord console all who grieve Carlo’s passing…

Lord, look upon Nancy with eyes of mercy,
may your healing hand rest upon her,
