Dear Heaven, I am not a fan of this weather

I don’t know about global warming, I’m admittedly not a scientist, but, the man did invent the internet after all.
 
I keep telling everyone it’s that Global Warning. Almost no one picks up on the pronunciation.
 
I am glad you reminded me of that. Sometimes it is hard to remember all of his accomplishments. 🤣
 
Arthritis in every joint of my body. This cold, humid weather is making it difficult for me to function, the pain is off the charts.
 
it is very cold here (single digits F) & bone dry; although we got just enough snow this morning that i had had to have spent an hour 1/2 shoveling off the driveway & walkways

i looked at the the long range forecast & there is no relief in sight with regard to extremely cold temps

i am praying my ancient oil-burning furnace survives this… 😦
 
Sorry to hear about your pain and Milts wife’s pain 😦 praying the weather eases up after this lot.
 
I went out and bought more long johns.
And then we had 2 inches of snow.
But not snowman snow, just fluffy snow.
The kiddos dug us out–so industrious!
 
First cold spell moving into the area tomorrow! I’m in S. Florida so cold is relative. I’m not looking forward to it, with high temps predicted to only be around 60F for the week.
 
When I woke up, it was 14 degrees Fahrenheit here in South Carolina. That’s -10 degrees Celsius.
 
I think that’s what’s causing my toothache. When it gets cold out, that’s when it gets the worst.

I live in Omaha now and have lived in Nebraska my whole life. Yeah…it’s cold… 😣
I actually really hate the cold. My husband, who is originally from Mexico, always tells me that as a native Nebraskan, I should be used to it, but I don’t think you ever can get used to it. I was day dreaming the other day about walking downtown with my husband in the evening sun and warmth…and every time I looked out the window, I just got depressed.

At least we don’t have any snow…yet. ❄️⛄
