Is this really the teaching of Jesus (p) to degrade all the OT figures and others & worship Jesus (p) only ? Please , think about this – how Christians show disrespect to God’s chosen people . Do all Christians think like because their Churches tell them so ?
We believe everything what the Church tells us, because the Church itself comes from Jesus. Not Mohammed:thumbsup:

I did not say Jesus (pbuh) did it . It’s shocking to know that Jews & Christians believe chosen people of God committed so many major sins. As a Muslim , I was taught to respect all the Prophets , not only Muhammed (pbut). I really don’t get this point – how do u justify that God sent sinners
( except one - whom u think was God Himself ) to teach us about Him.
According to the times in Dueteronomy - not all prophets would come from God. In that
case - God said in so many words - that He would condemn them.

We are supposed to test the words. If the prophecy [to the Messiah] does not come true - then we need not fear the prophet.

Here is the logic behind us knowing God would condemn them Himself is - that it took 4000 years to unfold 300 prophecies in Christ - well evidently God didnt mean for man to do the condemnation.

Because of Christ fulfilling the ancient prophecies - He then said there would no longer be a need for a prophet.
AND that all others after Him would be false.

Now you either believe in Jesus - and avoid Muhammad or you believe in Muhammad and avoid Jesus.

Which shall it be?
But - just so you know before you say anything - it has been shown by an unveiling of His post resurrection teaching to His Apostles - of the prophecies - that He fulfilled 300 ancient prophecies in His birth - life - and death.

Although, I would agree with you, WarriorAngel, you’ve got to be cautious when using prophecies as proof of anything. I’m certain you don’t believe in Notradamus’ prophecies, yet there is mention of 800 of his coming true… and he only had 400 years…(cylive.com/content/17841/Nostradamus_and_his_Predictions_About_India)).

To answer Muslim Woman: yes, one can believe that the Prophets are sinful because there isn’t any one person (besides Jesus) who was without sin. That’s where part of the greatness is. God CHOSE who to send. It’s not for you and me to decide who is blameless enough.
It’s unfortunate but the only REAL reason that can be provided to you for just about anything dealing with belief is faith. We have faith that what was written in the Bible is true, just has you have faith that the Qur’an is true.

A man convinced against his will is of the same opinion still.

Thanks Wm, but you misunderstood what prophecies I am speaking about.
I am referring to the Old Testament prophecies pointing to Christ.

Sorry if i wasn’t clear.👋

Oh - I see. I’m often quick to misunderstand - there’s no apology necessary. Thanks for clarifying!
