It has been a difficult week.

Please pray for the souls of two of my dear family members, who passed away this week, and for the soul of a family friend who also passed this week.

Please pray for me to perform well in a second round job interview and secure employment.

Please also pray for my health, as I was diagnosed with a chronic illness and had a tumour found on imaging while diagnosing the first condition last week that will require surgery.

Thank you! I’m praying for all of you!

Eternal rest grant unto alphawoman’s 2 friends O Lord and let perperual light shine upon them. May they rest in peace. Amen.

I pray that you would do well in your interview and receive favor from the person doing the hiring. I pray that you would like the job and that it would pay well.

I pray that your health would improve even though the doctors say it is chronic. I pray that the tumor is benign. I pray that your surgery goes well with no complications or infections. I pray you recover quickly from it. I pray that God provides for your finances to pay your medical bills. Amen. :signofcross:

Praying for the repose of the souls of your family members. Praying to St. Joseph for you to have a successful job interview. Praying for your health & recovery.

Eternal Father, I offer You the most precious Blood of Your Divine Son Jesus,
in union with the Masses said throughout the world today,
for all the Holy Souls in Purgatory, for sinners everywhere,
for sinners in the universal Church, those in my own home and within my family.
Amen.

Praying for the repose of the souls of your two family members and a friend…

*O most beautiful Flower of Mount Carmel, Fruitful Vine, Splendor of Heaven, who brought forth the Son of God still remaining a Virgin, assist us in this necessity. O Star of the Sea, help us, and show us that you are our Mother.

O Holy Mary, Mother of God, Queen of Heaven and earth, we humbly ask you from the depths of our heart to help us in this necessity. There are none who can withstand your power. O show us that you are our Mother.

O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee. Sweet Mother, we place this cause in your hands. Amen*

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Prayer to St. Joseph for the Unemployed

O Saint Joseph, we pray to you for those who are out of work, for those who want to earn their living or support their families.

You who are the patron of workers; grant that unemployment may vanish from our ranks; that all those who are ready to work may put their strength and abilities in serving their fellowmen and earn a just salary.

You are the patron of families; do not let those who have children to support and raise lack the necessary means. Have pity on our brothers and sisters held down in unemployment and poverty because of sickness or social disorders. Help our political leaders and captains of industry find new and just solutions. May each and every one have the joy of contributing, according to his abilities, to the common prosperity by an honorable livelihood. Grant that we may all share together in the abundant goods God has given us and that we may help underprivileged countries. Amen.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal alphawoman. You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into alphawoman’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Thank you EmeraldOak, pollylodges, detoutcoeur, wild thing, tawny, and everyone else for your prayers! You are so generous!!!

I’m overwhelmed by your kindness, thank you everyone! The interview is tomorrow, and I am either the final candidate or one of two. I’ll let you know how it goes!

I spoke with my doctor and, thankfully, the likelihood that the tumour is benign is above 98%! Terrific!

Thank you all for your prayers !
