** when do you pray the decade and how many times a day should you pray the decade? Also, do you pray the decade sitting, standing, or kneeling

Pray whenever you can … doesn’t matter if you are laying down, standing or kneeling … kneeling is a special way to pray … but prayer is always good no matter how you do it.
