Decision is not a conscious act

You can do it on your own. Try to think of two subjects with full focus if you can. The simpler task is to listen to news and read a new simple book with the full focus for a while and then try to recall the contents of both news and talk if you can.
Your error here is equating consciousness with full focus, they are not equal by any means. In fact I would say it is impossible to have ones conscious at full focus on anything, ever.

…Suppose that you are focusing on subject A trying to decide whether you should reject it or not.
So, first, let me ask you this question: If you are correct, how can it be possible for me to be “focusing on subject A” and (at the same time) be “trying to decide”? According to you this should not even be possible.

I am not equating them. All I say is that once we reach to full focus on a subject then our consciousness is fully involved on that matter hence we cannot fully be conscious of another subject. In fact, what control the full focus cannot be consciousness itself.

Bravo. You went even one step further than me. As you explained a decision is involved to bring one subject under focus. How focal focus changes from one subject to another is subject of question, and that is not duty of consciousness itself.
