I’ve been attending RCIA for some time now, and in the few months prior to Easter Vigil last year, when the rest of my group was confirmed, I was informed that I would need to obtain a Declaration of Nullity for previous marriages before I could be confirmed. Is it possible for me to obtain a dispensation, considering I have no desire or intention to remarry?

Unless you are currently legally married to someone then you do not need a declaration of nullity for prior marriages. There is no canon or provision that would deny a divorced person full communion with the Church. The only issue that arises is if someone is divorced and remarried.
