Declarations by royalty?

I’ve been reading more of the OT lately. I’ve noticed that in almost every book containing a kingdoms of any kind the king will make a decree about a law or about one of his subjects that gets delivered throughout the kingdom.

My question is: are there any surviving historical documents of these messages declared by any of the OT Kings?

English common law is largely unwritten. England’s constitution is said to be unwritten. I think English common law is derived from the common law of Israel.
