That’s really a great idea. Although if I tried that I’d have dog nose prints all over the lower part…:o

That looks really sharp! 👍 Thanks for sharing.

That’s a good idea to tuck away for later. As it is now, my son tends to pick off any window stickies that we put on the window. If it were tissue paper, I’m sure he’d have great fun ripping it to shreds. 😛 Perhaps when he is older. :o

ooo, I love this! I will do it at the parish after Christmas for the Epiphany!!!
Thanks
(Dont’ you just love Pinterest?) 😃

I did this last year with layers of blue tissue paper. The camel riders were made just with paper, they block the light just enough.

There’s no end to the silhouettes you can do, just google nativity silhouette, or camel riders.
If you make one, please post some pics!
That is fantastic!

I’m not crazy about a lot of the nativity scenes available that are affordable. Doing something line this would look god and be less expensive. I’ve also wanted to do something with an advent wreath/candles outside; this could be an alternative.

Thanks for sharing this.

These look GREAT!!! But my exceptionally grabby 16 month old (who has figured how to get to the window by climbing the couch) will destroy it within 47 seconds of being put up. I’m setting this idea aside for next year!
