define heresy

Please can someone define what makes a heretic, and I don’t mean the oxford concise dictionary definition .

*Canon 751 *** Heresy is the obstinate denial or obstinate doubt after the reception of baptism of some truth which is to be believed by divine and Catholic faith.

Anyone who goes against any part of the Magisterium of the Catholic Church is a heretic.
