Dekalb Georgia Voter ballots 10,707 Biden was actually 1081 Biden and Was Corrected

In Georgia’s DeKalb County hand count, a batch of votes was found that was labeled 10,707 for Joe Biden and 13 for President Donald Trump. The actual count for the batch was 1,081 for Biden and 13 for Trump.(Please Note: This uploaded content is no longer available.) !

I guess the issue is that the hand-count was not correct, but because it was found prior to calculations, it was corrected at least that is how it appears.

Well, if they are to get a preliminary injunction issued, they don’t have much time.

Georgia election officials expect to release the results of a statewide audit by noon Thursday, as a handful of counties finish data entry from a full hand recount of 5 million presidential votes.

Gabriel Sterling with the secretary of state’s office said Wednesday afternoon that at least 21 of 159 counties show their risk-limiting audit is still in process, including some of the large jurisdictions in metro Atlanta. The deadline for the audit is 11:59 p.m. Wednesday.

Sounds like the CEO of the country is saying that the system worked.

What’s the big deal. Why are people sharing these “system works” as if they are bad things?

It worked this time but a monitor caught it but how many other times did this happen. How do two poll counter both verify that the count was 10,000 Biden when the count was only 1000 votes Biden?

Human beings. They’re fallible.

But it was caught. How many other times? Well, one would hope the recount sussed all that out.

Could be human error. Maybe sit is also time to switch around poll workers to make sure they work with different people during the count.,

I understand this, I think. A little conspiracy theory ish but not a bad idea.

Once again, Pres Biden should form a bipartisan Presidential Commission to explore voting in America and make recommendations.

We could do worse than import some democracy from more democratic countries. We may have been the standard once, but now we are a dinosaur when it comes to government of the people, for the people, and by the people. On the other hand, I do not see this happening again, short of a much closer election, or some megalomaniac who refuses to believe he can lose. But who knows what the future holds.

Yes, their system worked. The election officials said the error was temporary and caught before it ever made it into the official count. So do not look for the count in Georgia to change all that much. This, like pretty much every desperation claim at this point, is a non-issue.

I’ve heard some consider Fox News to be too left-leaning. The Overton window has been pushed pretty far.

FWIW, these errors probably would have been caught eventually as the downballot votes for local positions, such as township commissioners and clerks would have fallen short.
