Controversial appointee + important position + recess appointment sans hearing = watch out. I don’t know much detail about him, but if he’s the top pick of the guy who gets his healthcare advice from Ezekiel Emanuel, I don’t think I’m going to be impressed.
 
What’s is the anti-rationing position? Needless to say, the market rations on price.
