Strange things are still happening, but the mood in the house is much better -the best it’s been in a long time. Instant improvement after spending time in Eucharistic Adoration on Saturday morning. And I’ve been following the advice given, so thank you again for that and for your prayers. It’s making a difference. On Monday, had an unexpected conversation on the topic with my wife. She brought it up, said that she knows she needs to go to Mass and Confession more often. She also said that it seems to her that the activity becomes weaker as the loving attitude between us improves. That conversation was a pleasant surprise. The battle isn’t over, but the mood has changed from despair to confidence.
 
You might also ask your priest for some blessed salt and sprinkle it around your house periodically. It’s good that your priest has offered to bless your house. That should help.

I am curious, did these manifestations begin when you moved into this house or were they present before? Sometimes evil activity is attached to a place and not a person. Just a thought.

Most of the time it could just be attached to the person, think about it, there has to be millions, or trillions of evil spirits all over the world, probably one near you, but by the authority of god it can’t do anything or it can barley do anything. Once it has the authority to do something, it can “manifest” itself, this just came from my own judgement, I am no ghost hunter. You can have your place blessed but it could be there for a reason, maybe to guide them on the right track, with an evil, god always brings a significant good out of it. Just when one conducts an excorism it is basically us begging god to please pick another way to bring us to him. Again this all is just what i am guessing. I do not want to check church rules, exorisim rules or the whole shananza, I am just guessing this is the answer. Thank you.

It is possible that it could be attached to a thing due to a ritual but i doubt it.

See god brings a good out of every evil, everything happens for a reason. Don’t worry everything will be fine, love will solve everything.
 
Of course but i would just try to find the answer through love though and if i am still hitting demonic problems go to a preist

Sorry for the delay. I haven’t been online much the past few days.

Things are a lot better. Haven’t had the house blessed yet. I have to wait until tomorrow to make arrangements for that with our parish priest. He has family in town for the holidays. But I’ve spent some time in Eucharistic adoration lately, and I met with another priest on Friday. Talked with the priest for a while. He heard my confession and gave me Holy Communion. I told him that I had read about prayers of spiritual deliverance in these cases. He said that wasn’t necessary, since the sacraments are the Church’s most powerful tools. But he did tell me to start praying to St. Joseph for help with protecting the family.

The overall mood at home lately has been great. A big change. We’ve been focusing a lot on quality family time. Our 5-yr-old daughter informed us a few days ago that two of her stuffed animals had a birthday coming up, so we decided to help her plan a little tea party for them. Good times.

Also have some St. Benadict medals blessed and place them in every room of you home. Wouldn’t hurt to do the same with a St. Joseph Statue. I swear he helped me sell my moneypit house which I’m sure was under oppression as well.

Regarding “authority” as cited above, one gives rein to these evil entities by giving them permission somehow. They may be unconscious of giving that permission, but it happens either through their actions and/or their lack of spiritual vigilance. Once the evil entities are cleared out of the house, out of your lives, etc., whether you do it by yourselves or you ask a priest to help you, the battle is not over after the priest leaves as Satan and his minions will still be trying to get back in. Continue to pray always for yourself and your loved ones. Their own prayers will help too. The sacrament of reconciliation is a very vital part of this process. Also holy water and blessed salt are very good to have on hand. If you are not familiar with using them in your house, ask your priest about that too.
 
Well ya that is a possibility, but that is easy to get undone, when you have done all that and made it clear to the devil and your own soul that i never gave the demons permission to be here, then they are forced to leave, in the name of jesus christ they cannot dwell there anymore.

But in my opinion this evil brought more good out of their life which god usually does when he gives the devil permission to tread upon others. But again this is just from experience.
