Demons telling exorcists that praying to Mary is powerful

so i pray the Rosary everyday and have had some pretty good results doing so

also had some experiences that seemed “off”

but on the whole the experiences have been good i would say

and i trust the Church, and all the many Saints throughout the ages, are all on the right track with this

so i will keep doing so

but i have a question

it has been said that demons, when forced to tell the truth by exorcists, will admit that the Rosary is extraordinarily powerful and blessed, etc.

i am wondering - why would a demon ever tell the truth about anything? i mean, obviously they wouldnt tell the truth unless they were forced to. but do exorcists have that power? can someone point me to something in the Scriptures that would indicate that exorcists have the power to force demons to tell the truth?

To adjure a demon to speak truly by the authority of Christ works wonders, but it’s like pulling teeth at the same time. Generally, the Exorcist is advised to stay on topic and proceed directly with things pertinent to the exorcism.
