Depressed, angry, can’t do anything

I fell into mortal sin again last night, and I’m really depressed and angry right now. I have been having angry thoughts all day and I can’t get out of them.

I really want to stop sinning, please pray, please let this stop, let this be over.
 
I pray you get the help your parents have offered. And that it brings you peace
 
I’m praying for you. May God forgive you and help you fight against desires to sin.

Lord, our God, You graciously chose St. Dymphna as
patroness of those afflicted with mental, emotional, and
nervous disorders. She is thus an inspiration and a symbol
of charity to the thousands who ask her intercession.

Please grant, Lord, through the prayers of this pure,
youthful martyr, relief, and consolation to all suffering
such trials –– especially @YehoiakhinEx232, who
is depressed and angry.

We beg You, Lord, to hear the prayers of St. Dymphna
on Yeho’s behalf. Grant him patience in his sufferings
and resignation to Your Divine will. Please fill him with
hope, and grant him the relief and cure he so desires.
I ask this through Christ our Lord, who suffered agony
in the garden. Amen.

Please don’t beat yourself up. Being angry all the time is definitely detrimental to your health. Please research on this. You need to love and protect yourself more. I firmly believe that GOD is more lenient to those who have psychological issues, because their self-control is greatly weakened. GOD understands. Like what I quoted before, if you’re opening your heart to GOD, seeking His will in all things, then you should accordingly put your defects in His hands as well. We should trust Him with the progress of our souls—never be despairing. GOD bless you!

O Lady of Mental Peace,
Mother of Tranquility

of weakness and unrest.

Teach her searching heart
to know that God’s Love
for her is unchanging and
unchangeable, and, that
true human love can only
begin and grow by touching
His Love.

Let your gentle Peace -

to a competent counselor who can help him overcome his
distress, guilt, anger, and compulsive behavior. Through
