Hi everyone, I have applied to 8 graduate schools, I have been denied from 3 graduate schools, accepted to 1 graduate school, and am waiting to hear from the remaining 4 graduate schools.

I will not be able to attend the 1 school I got accepted to for personal reasons. That leaves that only hope I have left with the 4 remaining schools I am waiting to hear from.

If I don’t get accepted into any of these 4 schools, I have no idea what I am going to do.

My parents and I have already got into a heated argument regarding the matter if I don’t get accepted into any of the 4 remaining schools.

My parents are every bit deserving to retire and enjoy their elderly lives, however they refuse to retire until I graduate from graduate school, however I have still yet to get accepted.

Depression, confusion, and anger has settled within me and I am in a dark place right now.

I ask for prayers that I hear great news soon, and for prayers for strength and unwavering faith as I am currently having doubts about the power of prayer, which is very uncharacteristic of me.

I know God has a plan for me, but I feel abandoned right now and am in a very lost state of mind.

Thank you all for your prayers, I pray for all of you each day, God Bless

Praying to the Holy Spirit to give you guidance, direction, strength, fortitude & wisdom in your time of need.

Come Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of Thy faithful, and enkindle in them the fire of Your love. Send forth Your Spirit, and they shall be created, and You shall renew the face of the earth. Amen.

Eternal God , in whom mercy is endless,
and the treasury of compassion inexhastible ,
look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us ,
that in difficult moments we might not despair
nor become despondent , but with great confidence ,
submit ourselves to Your Holy Will ,
which is love and mercy itself . Amen

Memorare (Prayer to Our Lady)
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen
