You do not walk in the valley of the shadow of death alone. God walks with you.Please pray for me, my depression is brutal.
Just as he has (and will) walk with me when I’m there. I have suffered from BiPolar and Depression for over 40 years, but it was only about 10 years ago that I was correctly diagnosed. Since then, God has allowed me to make substantial progress in this battle and I pray that you will as well. Remember that God has an infinite way of healing and dealing with these things.
May God bless you in this fight and may whatever purpose he has in this for you be realized.

speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into travelann13’s Mother’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Teach her, Lord, how to receive your good gifts.
Remind her to open her Bible. Direct her toward the passages in your Word that will encourage and motivate her.
Give her strength to press through this difficult time and come to rest beside the still waters of your peaceful presence.
Lord, teach this woman how to pick up the shield of faith to defend herself against the fiery darts of hopelessness and depression.

Try to laugh. Go on youtube and watch anything that makes you laugh. Laugh as much as you can.
Light. Do not linger in dark rooms. Sunlight can do wonders.
Eat fruit daily.
Try to pray the rosary. I know it seems impossible. But do a rack at a time. Power through the distractions and lack of inspiration.
I know it sounds corny and trite at this time. But after you pass through it, youll look back and actually thank God for it.
Pills usually make things worse. But I’m not a “doctor”.
Been there, done that. It will pass.
