My Auntie M is very, very ill. She’s in her late 80’s and has a blood disorder of unknown origin. She’s been in the hospital more than out lately and now has pneumonia too. I love her so much and am worried sick. She lives clear across the country from me and I have tickets to get out there in less than 3 weeks, (just days after Easter, when I will be brought into the church, and my confirmation name was chosen in honour of this Aunt) but I’m desperately afraid that may be too late.

Oh I just don’t want to lose this wonderful lady from my life! 😦 Please, please pray for her.

Praying for you and your Auntie M. that her health will improve. And welome home to the Catholic church.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

She is still quite ill and in hospital but hanging in there. I’m trying to get an earlier flight to get out there as soon as I can.

Hello Friends,

I just wanted to ask for prayers once again for my Aunt M., so I’m posting this in the same thread as before so I can update you all. Once again I thank you for all the prayers!

My aunt is hanging in there but extremely ill and weak. We don’t know how much longer she may live and she is afraid. She has a great devotion to the Sacred Heart and I try to remind her of that, to take comfort in the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

I was able to go out to visit her this past week. Unfortunately I had the flu so our contact was limited but at least we got to spend some time together. Leaving her was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do.

Anyway, I’d appreciate some more prayers for her, and for all of my family who are so distressed at the thought of losing her.

God bless you all.

Lord bless this whole loving family.

Oh!! Do I understand you…:console:

Praying for your Aunt and your family as well as you.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name.
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.
