Desperately needed: good book, etc. against Eastern Mysticism

[Lepanto]

A young woman I know (from a nominal Christian family) is drifting more and more into Eastern Mysticism for her religious fulfillment.

Can you please recommend any books, articles, CDs, etc. that will help her against falling into Eastern religions?

Thanks

Here are some articles that might help; some are critiques, a few present legitimate Christian mysticism a la St. John of the Cross; I’ve also included two articles on reincarnation fsince this is part and parcel of the baggage that comes along with Eastern religions :

Also, Fr. Thomas Dubay’s Fire Within would be a good introduction to Christian prayer /mysticism.
