Merciful God , I ask you , both humbly and sincerely to watch over Teresa’s youngest son and keep him safe . Lord , please continue to help him , keep him safe and guide him to make the right choices in his life . Please help him to realise and be sorry for the distress and worry he is causing his mother , my very dear friend Teresa , Help him grow in maturity in his life , and accept responsibility both for himself and for his lovely young children .Please help , comfort and sustain his mother in her worry , despair and distress. I ask this of You , Merciful God , trusting in Your love and compassion . Amen .

Blessed Mother of Our Lord Jesus Christ , I plead with you to pray and intercede for Teresa’s youngest son , and also for Teresa . Amen .

Dear Lord please bless and sustain Teresa through this time and please instill in Tom’s life a great need to know Your love and friendship.

Holy Mary, full of the presence of God during your life you accepted with great humility the Holy Will of the Father and the legacy of your Son Our Lord Jesus Christ. Evil never dared to entangle you with its confusion.
Since then you have interceded for all of our difficulties. With all simplicity and patience you have given us examples on how to untangle the knots in our complicated lives. By being our Mother forever, you arrange and make clear the path that unites us to Our Lord.
Holy Mary, Mother of God and ours, with your maternal heart untie the knots that upset our lives. We ask you to receive in your hands
Tom and Teresa
and deliver us from the chains and confusions that have us restrained.
Blessed Virgin Mary, through your grace, your intercession and by your example, deliver us from evil and untie the knots that keep us from uniting with God, so that once free of every confusion and error, we may find Him in all things, have Him in our hearts and serve him always in our brothers and sisters.

Fill him with deep, ongoing conversion.
Minimize or dispense with any sentence, and protect him from harm.

A week today Tom is in court.We are driving him at 5am hundreds of miles to get to the court hearing in Blackpool (about a 4-5 hourd drive each way).I have been worrying about this court case so much.I pray Gods will be done and I leave the outcome to Him.I love my son so very much and continually try to be a good loving mother to him.He has many issues and I hope and pray he is finally addressing them and facing his responsibilities.I pray this court case will be resolved all in one day.

Thanks for the update, Teresa. I will keep praying for all of your family. I know how it affects everyone, not just Tom. Bless you for all you do.

Lord, bless our friend Teresa as she struggles with doing the right thing for her son. Help her to let go where she needs to and trust in Your ways. Relieve her of any guilt she is feeling about her son’s situation and help her realize that he is responsible for his own actions even when he tries to involve them in the drama of the life he chooses.

Come into Tom’s heart Lord, that he will free his parents of feeling they have to be there to correct his mistakes. Give him an awakening to the pain he is causing them by his continued bad choices, an awakening that will bring genuine and lasting change in his life, and not lip service to manipulate them for his own good.

Help Tom to move toward the life You will for him, however he has to get there. I also ask that you keep Teresa and her husband united in all decisions concerning Tom so that he is not a cause of disagreement or frustration for them. I ask this through the intercession of Your Most Holy Mother, Mary.
