Detachment from the exterior

I’m rather reluctant to post here as I am supposed to be away on my break, but I need prayers.

I have discovered that one of my key issues is that I am too much focused on the exterior rather than the interior, I need help detaching from the exterior. I have been working on this for some time but I really need prayers right now as, I won’t go into detail on this but, I’ve recently had several really big struggles, one of which I’m still recovering from now and am having a hard time taking my mind off it.

Please pray for me.
