I offer the following New Testament passages referring to the redeeming blood of Christ for reflection and contemplation, to honor Jesus and the great sacrifice that He made for us:
Matthew 26:27-28
Then He took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you. For this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.”
John 6:53
Then Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you.”
John 6:56
He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him.
John 19:34
But one of the soldiers pierced His side with a spear, and immediately blood and water came out.
Romans 3:24-25
being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed,

Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.
Hebrews 12:22-24
But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels, to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect, to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel (1 Pet 1:2).
