Hi all- DH had his job officially eliminated and we have been sending out a lot of resumes. dh is a special ed teacher and has 17 years under him. he has had two interviews and two scheduled tomorrow. first went well, but a huge school and they picked someone who did their student teaching there. second went really well but he was told up front that this will be a short lasting position due to decreasing enrollment. he would take it, but in michigan there are a lot of teachers retiring this year due to a retirement package the state offered them. the jobs are available now, but heaven knows that next year there will be very few to pick from. so if he took #2, he would likely be in this spot again next spring. anyway, he has two interviews scheduled for tomorrow. we would appreicate any prayers that you could all say for us. they are both really strong positions. i’ll continue to post as we know more…thanks! twk
