Got diagnosed with GERD earlier this month. Its acid reflux disease. Although, its not severe for me, I have been having stomach problems as well.

Research the KANGEN water machines. They do two important things to water that have been proven to cure intestinal problems from minor to very severe. First, they change the PH of water. We were born with a PH blood of about 7.3. Over time, with acid based soft drinks, liquor etc, we lower our PH to the 6 or lower range, Cancer grows best in an acidic environment and poorly in an alkaline environment. So, consuming high level PH water in the 7-8-9 range over time restores the body’s intestinal health by making it more alkaline. Your body will go through a very noticable “detox” that is manifest in one of three signs, i.e. a migraine headache for a few hours (it put me in bed for about 7 hours), a rash on the body, or a “cold” develops for a few days.
Secondly, it changes the postive and negative charge of the water - for a short time. It is like drinking “fresh milk” or not, but instead of days, you have hours, as light destroys the positive/negative and PH of the water.
These machines are expensive, but they last 15 years n average. Also, a new competitor to KANGEN is on the market that may be better, so do your research. Hopefully the price will begin to come down. The reason they are expensive is because they have titanium covered plates that create the change in the water as the water runs between the plates. Some have 3 , 4 or 5 plates and the cost goes up with each plate, but so does the ability to alter the positive/negative factor of the water.
You need to do your own research, but I know several families without health insurance that have purchased these in hopes of stopping major internal diseases.
