Hello. I’ve been told that I have a tumor/tissue mass on my lung. The doctors can’t seem to identify this thing so I may have to have surgery to get at it and find out. I am having other physical symptoms that may or may not be related to whatever is happening in my lung.

I am just praying for a diagnosis that is favorable but that could help address what the other symptoms are all about.

In the midst of this I am in a job I hate and it is extremely stressful. I ask prayers for peace and patience and to find place where I can feel at peace, support my family and do the will of the Lord.

Wow! I’m overwhelmed by the response and the prayers. Reinforces my faith in the people of God.

Am creeping towards a diagnosis of my mysterious lung thingamabob. Three radiologists and two pulmonologists have looked at my scans and images and are somewhat perplexed as to exactly what they are looking at. It is definitely a rather hefty hunk of something but not sure what.

I’ve been referred to a specialist at Johns Hopkins Hospital for an opinion. The question is, “surgery or not surgery.” And, if not, what’s the best way to get a piece of this thing for biopsy.

Just a matter of time…and patience.

Thank you all so very much. I believe that this will turn out to be nothing but it is quite distracting as you can imagine.
