Did Adam and Eve's children breed through incest?

Hi

If God does not want humans to engage in incest, why then did He create humanity through incest via the interbreeding of Adam and Eve’s children?

This was on a recent thread but the thread was closed because it said “the question had been answered”. But I still didn’t understand exactly what the right answer was…

Can you help me understand better?
