Today I was a little concerned I’d overeat at supper, so I’m an attempt to save myself from the scruples, all I had today was;
So my question is did I ruin the fast? I don’t really ‘feel’ full, just satisfied.
- 4 Gummy supplements (medicine)
- Juice at Breakfast
- And a box of macaroni noodles at supper 175g (full meal I think, this amount would be quite normal for me, maybe even less than normal)
