Did I commit sacrilege?

I went to confession before Mass recently, sincerely intending to confess all my sins. However, after confession I realized I’d forgotten one sin. I wasn’t sure what to do, so I went ahead and received communion. Did I commit sacrilege by doing so? Should I have doubled back to the confessional?
 
All sins sincerely forgotten, were forgiven when you confessed. Therefore you did not commit sacrilege.

You must mention those sins forgotten, at your next confession however.
 
The best person to ask is your priest. Also, you had a momentary lapse and forgot… the only perfect human is Jesus.
