My dad didn’t go to Church and I didn’t do that much to convince him to. I mentioned it to him but he was working so he did something to the affect of telling me to leave. Did I do anything wrong?

There’s a very delicate balance sometimes in “suggesting” things to our parents…not in a way that we are “correcting” them, because that is not our job. But every parent can learn a thing or two from their kid(s).
You seem to be very scrupulous. The Church doesn’t work in making a list of actions that are sinful. Rather, it lists principles that are sinful, and the actions that fall under these principles are the sins.
So go to your local priest and mention your scrupulosity to him during confession. He should know how to help you from there.
