Did I have to confess my bisexual impure thoughts and desires?

thanx…I plan on doing a general confession of all the sins of my life today because its the feast of my Archangel Raphael and I just think I should confess everything, even the homosexual/ bisexual stuff. I want a complete repentance and healing:)
