When i said how long its been since my last confession, i accidentally said two weeks when t really had only been one. I was nervous, but no excuse. Do i need to go back and confess?

The reason for mentioning how long ago is to help Father understand a little about your spiritual life. For example, it makes a difference if you went 2 weeks ago or 2 years ago.When i said how long its been since my last confession, i accidentally said two weeks when t really had only been one. But the difference between one and two weeks in this case is not important.
The other reason is that if a person says something like, “I murdered people twice a week”, then if the last confession were 8 weeks ago, then that means 16 murders.
So in your case it would not make a difference in your confession, because the worst case senerio would be that you confessed more than what you did since you said 2 weeks instead of 1. So you didn’t leave out any sins, although you may have inadvertantly multiplied them by saying 2 weeks. Since you didn’t leave any out, its ok.

No you do not have to go back to confess that.
