The other day my fiancé and I were spending some time together and during the majority of the day, I was wearing a long skirt, a 3/4 sleeve black top that was somewhat form fitting, and then a black cover up.

At one point my fiancé asked me take off the cover up so he could see my outfit better, so I took it off and did a little twirl of sorts so that he could see the back of the outfit and after showing him the outfit more fully, he complimented me and when I went I hug him he had a noticeable change in his demeanor and he admitted that seeing me in the outfit had ummmmmm excited him…physically.

I’ll admit that the outfit is very flattering on me and that it accentuates some of my feminine features. Normally I would wear the cover up with this outfit, but because he asked me to take it off to show him, thereby showing a slightly more sensual outfit, that perhaps maybe I sinned against modesty in this way. What do you guys think?

There is no “sin against modesty” but only sin against GOD.
Only you know if you intentionally tried to temp him with lust which it doesn’t sound like it was the case. Don’t mince words. We are adults here.
Peace sister.

It’s your fiancée. Showing off an outfit to the man you’re going to spend your life with isn’t a sin.

He may need some desensitization or else he may struggle to interact with people in public without coming across someone wearing something that might… excite him.
