Did I sin very badly

Also how I get the temptation’s is I’m on the internet and I see a slightly revealing picture then I can’t stop thinking about it, and when I try to take a break from the internet then I get bored and it is the same cycle Everytime
 
I think you have received all the help here you can find. Perhaps the catechism in book form might be better for you if you can’t control yourself on the internet.

Josiah, I was in a situation similar to yours, and what helped me find peace was to meditate on this: “God loves me, Jesus loves me. I trust that their love for me keeps me secure in my destiny of finally seeing them in Heaven.”

You need to relax a bit. I’m not saying this is good or it’s not a sin, but this is something a ton of people struggle with.

Until you can actually go through RCIA, you need to stop trying to self-teach a catechism class. You seem very confused about a lot of stuff and you’re going to give yourself a very skewed perception of catholicism.
 
Priests still answer email, take phone calls, do virtual meetings.

Same.for therapists or other people.who can help you learn to control your urges.
