Did I sin when getting angry with my mother?

I swore at my mother for a very minor reason. My ADHD has this affect on my emotions that can cause me to be overreactive to minor inconveniences. I apologised to her, but is this still a sin of dishonoring your mother if it is triggered by mental illness?
 
She’s aware that you have ADHD? Then, she’s probably accustomed to emotional outbursts, knowing the circumstances. It’s good you apologized to her. Just confess it and be absolved – and try not to do it again.
 
You need to speak with your confessor, not with unknown individuals on the internet.
