Did Jesus drink fermented wine?

Was the wine that Jesus drank fermented? My sister who is a Baptists tells me it wasn’t.
 
Dear Bob,

The definition of wine: the fermented juice of grapes used esp. as a beverage. Fermentation is what makes it wine. Besides, it was only in the nineteenth century that the process for preventing grape juice from fermenting was invented. Of course, it was wine that Jesus drank!
