Did Jesus have brothers?

Hi All, I need the Scriptural basis for Jesus being an only-child for my daughter. I know that “brethren” can and does include cousins. My daugher’s friend is a pastor’s daughter and told her that the Bible says that Jesus had siblings. Many thanks, God bless you!
