So far as I could tell from quick research on the Internet, probably not. The )yarmulke (Hebrew, kippah appears to be of relatively modern origin. What is of ancient origin is the practice for observant Jewish men to cover their heads; as an observant Jew, that would have been what Jesus would have done.
