Did St. Paul have the stigmata?

Did St. Paul have the stigmata? Someone quoted Galatians 6:17 as a source to prove that St. Paul bore “the wounds of Christ” which meant he had the stigmata. This person stated that the word used in the latin translation of the Douay Rheims Bible means stigmata. This did not sound right to me. This person claimed that Padre Pio was not the only priest to have the stigmata. St. Paul had the stigmata too.
