Did St Thomas receive the power to forgive sins?

Since St Thomas, called Didymus, was not present when Christ bestowed the power to forgive sins on the Apostles, could he forgive sins during his ministry as an Apostle/ Re: John 20:24-29

Yes. As the Gospel of John states:

Now Jesus did many other signs in the presence of his disciples that are not written in this book.

St. Thomas received the authority to bind and loose (Mt 18:18). This authority of binding and loosening involved the forgiveness of sins.
