Did the Pope appoint new Cardinals?

I remember reading a thread awhile back stating that the Pope was going to appoint new Cardinals but can’t seem to find it…did this happen? Any more news?
 
Not yet - February 22 (Feast of Chair of Peter) is most likely date.
