I have a question concerning my experience in the confessional yesterday. After confessing all of my sins, the priest caught me off guard by asking me a few clarification questions. He questioned me about one of the sins I confessed which was about how I have stopped speaking to few people. He asked me if I was not reconciled with these people, and honestly although I felt sorry for this sin, I did not give much thought to reconciliation with these people. So, I said that it was my friend and that I was trying to reconcile with her. However, I really was not trying and it was two friends. Right after that came out of my mouth, from that moment on I knew that was what I was going to do, even though I had not earlier. I am really scrupulous, so I am just wondering if my confession yesterday was still valid? Thank you and God Bless.
