Well, I am not on a particular diet, I have simply changed my lifestyle. If you check out my
website you will find out that I recently underwent Gastric Bypass Surgery on May 3rd, and now 5 months and 12 days later, I have lost between 150 and 155 lbs.
My current “diet” includes good vitamins, and between 800 and 1500 calories a day from good lean protiens, veggies, and whole grain bread products, but still not alot of breads… This is a lifestyle that I will live with till the end of my days I imagine, and I thank God for helping me find a way out of my prison of fat.
