Difference between gratefulness and praise?

There is not much difference sometimes. However when you give praise to God you are doing just that giving Him praise for hwo He is as God. When you express gratefulness, you are saying “thank you”

I beleive that when you praise God and Jesus his son, for the Graces or Blessings,that we receive from them, God is grateful. Praise the Lord.Amen
 
Maybe you could say gratefullness recognizes the total gift God has given us.
Praise recognizes and expresses who God is.
Lots of territory to cover there!
