See the OP’s post at #24. She already attends his “performances.”
He leads the church choir. He plays both guitar and piano for the church choir. His wife sings in the church choir. Ergo, she’s probably at just about every one of his performances. And just about every one of his rehearsals. Plus what he plays at home. Depending on the time commitment for the choir and the time he spends playing at home, she may be getting burnt out and just want a break from “all music, all the time,” particularly if there’s a spoken (or unspoken) expectation from him that there should be ongoing interest in, praise for, and adoration of his music.
So, she attends his stuff. What is he doing with her, that’s actually her personal interest, exactly? Hm.
