Different orations for years A-C?

In Japan, there are different orations (collecta, super oblata, postcommunio) for each of the years A to C that are written to better match the different readings for each year. The traditional prayers that are the same for each year are also provided as an alternative, though. And the introductory and communion antiphones remain unchanged.

In the Roman Missal used in the United States, the celebrant can choose from one of two options for the Collect. However, in the Roman Missal approved for use by the Mexican Episcopal Conference, there is only one prayer.

All of the rest of the prayers, the super oblata and post-communion, do not carry that option in neither the US version or the Mexican version.
