RSV-CE He must manage his own household well, keeping his children submissive and respectful in every way.

American Standard one that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity;

KJV One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity;

and…

Douay Rheims One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all chastity.

I just couldn’t help but notice the last word being very different. ““All Chastity”” compared to “All gravity???” or “Respectful in everyway” … These words aren’t even relatable to each other. Does anyone know what the original greek or hebrew is on this? Is St. Paul saying someone desiring bishop should help keep his children chaste? Or what do the other ‘vague’ words describe?
